Armada is a university-built moving company — owned by Colorado State University alumni and operated by CSU students. The crews who load our trucks live, study, and work in the same neighborhoods they move, so when you book with us, your money stays in Northern Colorado and your move is handled by people with a real stake in getting it right.

We employ only CSU students and alumni, and we pay a livable wage — the kind that helps students repay college debt, not just cover rent. It’s a simple equation: movers who are valued do better work. They stay longer, train harder, and treat the home in front of them with genuine care.

The standards are mandatory, not aspirational. Every mover passes strength standards before joining a crew, and everyone we hire is held to high ethics standards for as long as they wear the shirt. If someone can’t meet the bar, they don’t carry your furniture.
